The commemorative meeting marking the twentieth an-niversary of the adoption of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for Promoting and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries was thus concluded.

The commemoration of the twentieth anniversary of the adoption of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action on South-South cooperation will be held at a special one-day meeting in the General Assembly.
وسيحتفل بذكرى مرور عشرين سنة على اعتماد خطة عمل بوينس أيرس المتعلقة بالتعاون بين بلدان الجنوب، وذلك في إجتماع استثنائي لمدة يوم واحد، في الجمعية العامة.

the Buenos Aires Plan of Action defines TCDC activities as those involving the sharing or exchange of technical resources, skills and capabilities between two or more developing countries for their individual or mutual development.
