1. The present report is the sixth report to be submitted to the General Assembly by the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants and the third submitted by the present Special Rapporteur, Jorge Bustamante.

Summary This report is submitted pursuant to Commission resolution 2005/47. It is the first report submitted to the Commission by Jorge Bustamante since his appointment as Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants in July 2005.
هذا هو التقرير الأول الذي يقدمه السيد خورخي بوستامانتي إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان منذ تعيينه في تموز/يوليه 2005 مقرراً خاصاً معنياً بحقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين، وفقاً لقرار اللجنة 2005/47.

It is the first annual report submitted to the Commission by Jorge Bustamante since his appointment as Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants by the Chairman of the Commission on 29 July 2005.
وهو أول تقرير يقدمه السيد خورخي بوستامانتي إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان منذ أن عينه رئيسها في 29 تموز/يوليه 2005 مقرراً خاصاً معنياً بحقوق الإنسان للاجئين.

The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the members of the General Assembly the interim report submitted by the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the human rights of migrants, Jorge Bustamante, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 59/194.
يتشرف الأمين العام أن يحيل إلى أعضاء الجمعية العامة التقرير المؤقت عن حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين الذي قدمه خورخي بوستامانتي المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق الإنسان، وفقـا لقرار الجمعية العامة 59/194.

22. On 18 December 2010, Chairperson El Jamri issued a joint statement with the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants, Jorge Bustamante, on the occasion of International Migrants Day.
22- وفي 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، أصدر الرئيس السيد الجمري بياناً مشتركاً مع المقرر الخاص المعني بحقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين، السيد خورخي بوستامانتي بمناسبة اليوم الدولي للمهاجرين.

The Council will consider the reports of the Special Rapporteur, Jorge Bustamante (A/HRC/17/33 and Add.1-6).

14. The working group at its third session had before it documents issued for its first and second sessions, as well as a working paper (E/CN.4/AC.46/1998/5) prepared by Mr. Jorge Bustamante.
