Beginning on 26 February 1996, the Israeli authorities have randomly denied transit of UNTSO Palestinian local staff from their place of residence in the West Bank to their place of work at Government House.
فاعتبارا من ٢٦ شبــاط/فبراير ١٩٩٦، منعت السلطـــات الاسرائيلية بصـــورة عشوائية عبـــور الموظفيـــن المحليين الفلسطينيين من موظفي هيئة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة الهدنة من مكان إقامتهم في الضفة الغربية الى مكان عملهم في دار الحكومة.

(c) Overtime. Since there is no public transport to Government House, UNTSO contracts bus drivers to operate UNTSO buses for the transportation of staff to and from Government House.
)ج( العمل اﻹضافي - نظرا لعدم وجود نقل عام الى دار الحكومة، فإن هيئة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة الهدنة تتعاقد مع سائقي الحافلات لتشغيل حافلات الهيئة لنقل الموظفين الى دار الحكومة ومنه.

فابتداء من ٢٦ شبــاط/فبراير ١٩٩٦، منعت السلطـــات الاسرائيلية بصـــورة عشوائية عبـــور الموظفيـــن المحليين الفلسطينيين من موظفي هيئة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة الهدنة من مكان إقامتهم في الضفة الغربية الى مكان عملهم في دار الحكومة.

(ج) العمل الإضافي - نظرا لعدم وجود وسائل نقل عام إلى دار الحكومة، فإن هيئة الأمم المتحدة لمراقبة الهدنة تتعاقد مع سائقي حافلات لتشغيل حافلات لنقل الموظفين إلى دار الحكومة ومنها.

(a) Concerning the national space policy, a proposal was transmitted to the President of the Republic, Dr. Michelle Bachelet Jeria, in the last quarter of 2007 and is expected to be promulgated by Government House as an official document in the first quarter of 2008;
(أ) بشأن السياسة الفضائية الوطنية، أحيل اقتراح إلى رئيس الجمهورية، الدكتور ميشيل باشيليه خيريا، في الربع الأخير من عام 2007، ويتوقع أن تصدره دار الحكومة كوثيقة رسمية في الربع الأول من عام 2008؛

(b) The increase under section 5, Peacekeeping operations ($0.6 million), broadly relates to requirements for the rehabilitation of the Government House complex of UNTSO, for the purpose of bringing the complex in line with safety and security standards;
(ب) زيادة في إطار الباب 5، عمليات حفظ السلام (0.6 مليون دولار) تتعلق عموما بالاحتياجات إلى إصلاح مجمّع دار الحكومة لهيئة الأمم المتحدة لمراقبة الهدنة في فلسطين لكي يصبح متماشيا مع معايير السلامة والأمن؛

Part of the above reductions is offset by the urgent requirement for the renovation of the UNTSO headquarters building (Government House) and a bomb shelter to mitigate risk to the safety of United Nations personnel in line with Department of Safety and Security assessments.
وتقابل جزءا من التخفيضات المذكورة أعلاه الاحتياجات العاجلة المتعلقة بتجديد مبنى مقر الهيئة (دار الحكومة) ومخبأ للوقاية من القنابل للتقليل من الخطر على سلامة موظفي الأمم المتحدة تمشيا مع عمليات التقييم التي تجريها إدارة شؤون السلامة والأمن.

31.27 The east wing of the headquarters of UNTSO, located in Government House, Jerusalem, has for several years suffered from the effects of movement in the ground under and around the foundations, owing to leaks from underground water pipes, as well as minor earthquakes and sonic booms of overflying aircraft, rendering the offices and the main conference rooms unsafe.
١٣-٧٢ تأثر الجناح الشرقي في مقر هيئة اﻷمم المتحدة لمراقبة الهدنة، الذي يقع في دار الحكومة بالقدس، طوال سنوات من آثار حركة اﻷرضية الواقعة تحت اﻷساسات ومن حولها، بسبب حدوث تسرب من مواسير المياه الجوفية، باﻹضافة الى حدوث زلازل خفيفة ودوي الطائرات المحلقة فوق منطقة المبنى عند اختراقها حاجز الصوت، مما جعل المكاتب وغرف المؤتمرات الرئيسية غير مأمونة.
