In the same period, the regular elections to the National Assembly were also held in the time limit defined by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia that is on 6 May 2012 and on 12 May 2007.

According to article 18 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia: " Everyone shall - for the protection of his or her rights and freedoms - have the right to effective judicial remedies, as well as effective legal remedies before other state bodies. " .
152- ووفقاً للمادة 18 من دستور جمهورية أرمينيا: " يتمتع كل فرد - من أجل حماية حقوقه وحرياته - بالحق في سبل انتصاف قضائية فعالة فضلاً عن سبل انتصاف قانونية فعالة أمام هيئات الدولة الأخرى " .

As for the establishment of unions, related to the issue of enforced disappearances, by victims, it is necessary to mention that article 28 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia enshrines that everyone shall have the right to form associations with other persons, including the right to form and join trade unions.
187- وأما عن إنشاء الضحايا للاتحادات المعنية بمسألة الاختفاء القسري، فمن الضروري الإشارة إلى أن المادة 28 من دستور جمهورية أرمينيا تنص على أن لكل شخص الحق في تكوين الجمعيات مع غيره، ويشمل ذلك الحق في تكوين النقابات التجارية والانضمام إليها.

4. Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as " the Constitution " ), the Republic of Armenia is a sovereign, democratic, social state governed by the rule of law.
4- عملاً بأحكام دستور جمهورية أرمينيا (المُشار إليه فيما بعد بعبارة " الدستور " )، تُعد جمهورية أرمينيا دولة ديمقراطية اجتماعية ذات سيادة ويسودها القانون.

In this respect, the Constitutional Court, in the period of July 2006 to October 2009, has examined 46 cases filed based on individual applications submitted by tens of nationals, and the challenged legislative provisions in twenty of the cases examined were declared as contradicting to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and invalid.
وفي هذا الصدد، نظرت المحكمة الدستورية، في الفترة من تموز/يوليه 2006 إلى تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009، في 46 حالة قُدمت على أساس طلبات فردية وجهها العشرات من الرعايا، وأُعلن في 26 حالة منها أن الأحكام التشريعية المطعون فيها تتعارض مع دستور جمهورية أرمينيا وأنها باطلة.

1. In the Republic of Armenia, there is no discrimination on the basis of social origin, race, nationality, sex, level of education, language, religion, profession, residence, political and other views and other criteria (art. 15 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia).
١ - لا يوجد في جمهورية أرمينيا تمييز على أساس اﻷصل الاجتماعي أو العرق أو الجنسية أو الجنس أو المستوى التعليمي أو اللغة أو الدين أو المهنة أو اﻹقامة أو اﻵراء السياسية أو اﻵراء اﻷخرى أو غير ذلك من المعايير )المادة ٥١ من دستور جمهورية أرمينيا(.
