In order to support the anticipated further expansion of the Mission in 2010, the following arrangements are proposed, bringing the staffing level of Mission Support to 525:

Field Language Assistant post reassigned within the Office of the Chief of Mission Support to Contracts Management Unit as a Contracts Management Assistant post
إعادة ندب وظيفة مساعد لغوي ميداني في إطار مكتب رئيس دعم البعثة إلى وحدة إدارة العقود لتصبح وظيفة مساعد لإدارة العقود

It also reflects the transfer of the Contingent-owned Equipment and Property Management Section from the Office of the Director of Mission Support, to Supply Chain Management, in line with the aforementioned proposed structure.

24. In order to facilitate the work of political reporting and analysis on communities, the reassignment of one National Officer post from the Office of the Chief of Mission Support to the Office of Political Affairs is proposed.
24 - تسهيلا لعملية إعداد التقارير والتحليل السياسيين في ما يتعلق بالطوائف، يُقترح إعادة انتداب موظف وطني من مكتب رئيس دعم البعثة إلى مكتب الشؤون السياسية.

25. In order to consolidate the security functions under the authority of the Force Commander, it is proposed to redeploy a Security Officer post at the P-3 level from the Office of the Chief of Mission Support to the Office of the Force Commander.
25 - ولتعزيز المهام الأمنية تحت سلطة قائد القوة، يُقترح نقل وظيفة لموظف أمن من الرتبة ف-3 من مكتب رئيس دعم البعثة إلى مكتب قائد القوة.

29. In order to consolidate the security functions under the authority of the Force Commander, who is a designated official, it is proposed to redeploy a Security Officer post at the P-3 level from the Office of the Chief of Mission Support to the Office of the Force Commander.
29 - يُقترح نقل وظيفة لموظف أمن من الرتبة ف-3 من مكتب رئيس دعم البعثة إلى مكتب قائد القوة، وذلك لتعزيز المهام الأمنية تحت سلطة قائد القوة، الذي يعتبر تحديدا من المسؤولين المشمولين بالحماية الأمنية.

(d) One Administrative Assistant (national staff) from the Office of Mission Support to the Human Rights Section as Human Rights Administrative Assistant;
(د) وظيفة مساعد إداري (موظف وطني) من مكتب دعم البعثة إلى قسم حقوق الإنسان كمساعد إداري لحقوق الإنسان؛

24. The Secretary-General is proposing the reclassification of one national General Service post of Protocol Assistant in the Office of the Chief of Mission Support to a National Officer post of Protocol Officer.
24 - يقترح الأمين العام إعادة تصنيف وظيفة واحدة لمساعد مراسم من وظيفة لموظف وطني من فئة الخدمات العامة في مكتب رئيس دعم البعثة إلى وظيفة موظف مراسم وطني من الفئة الفنية.

132. As indicated in paragraph 29 above, the Board of Inquiry Unit will be transferred from the immediate Office of the Director of Mission Support to the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General.
132 - وكما أُشير إليه في الفقرة 29 أعلاه، ستنقل وحدة التحقيق من المكتب الخاص لمدير دعم البعثة إلى مكتب الممثل الخاص للأمين العام.

82. It is proposed that the Office of the Board of Inquiry be transferred from the Office of the Chief of Mission Support to the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General, reporting to the Chief of Staff.
82 - يُقترح نقل مكتب مجلس التحقيق من مكتب رئيس دعم البعثة إلى مكتب الممثل الخاص للأمين العام، ليكون مسؤولا أمام رئيس الموظفين.

(b) Redeployment of one post of Administrative Officer (P-4) from the immediate Office of the Director of Mission Support to the Office of the Deputy Director;
(ب) نقل وظيفة موظف إداري (ف-4) من المكتب المباشر لمدير دعم البعثة إلى مكتب نائب المدير؛

At the same time, it is proposed that one post of Administrative Assistant (Field Service) be redeployed from the Office of the Director of Mission Support to the Office of the Deputy Force Commander.
وفي الوقت نفسه، يقترح نقل وظيفة واحدة لمساعد إداري (من فئة الخدمة الميدانية) من مكتب مدير دعم البعثة إلى مكتب نائب قائد القوة.

39. As a result of the civilian staffing review, it was also recommended that changes be made to the structure of the Civilian Personnel Section, that it be renamed the Human Resources Section and that it be moved structurally from the Office of the Deputy Director of Mission Support to the Office of the Director of Mission Support.
39 - خلَص استعراض ملاك الموظفين المدنيين اللازم إلى التوصية أيضا بأن تُدخَل تغييرات على هيكل قسم شؤون الموظفين المدنيين، وأن يُغيّر اسمه ليصبح قسم الموارد البشرية ويُنقل هيكلياً من مكتب نائب مدير دعم البعثة إلى مكتب مدير دعم البعثة.

(g) Redeployment of two posts (1 P-4 and 1 national General Service) from the immediate office of the Deputy Director of Mission Support to the Medical Service;
(ز) نقل وظيفتين (1 برتبة ف -4، و 1 من فئة الخدمات العامة الوطنية) من المكتب المباشر لنائب مدير دعم البعثة إلى دائرة الخدمات الطبية؛

109. It is also proposed that the Environmental Compliance Unit, the Contracts Management Unit and the Claims Unit be redeployed from the Office of the Director of Mission Support to the Office of the Deputy Director of Mission Support, in order to realign their reporting structure under the Deputy Director in 2013/14 owing to the transactional nature of the three Units.
109 - ويقترح أيضا نقل وحدة الامتثال للمعايير البيئية ووحدة إدارة العقود ووحدة المطالبات من مكتب مدير دعم البعثة إلى مكتب نائب مدير دعم البعثة، بغية إعادة تنظيم هيكل الإبلاغ الخاص بهذه الوحدات تحت إشراف نائب المدير في الفترة 2013/2014 نظرا لطبيعة هذه الوحدات الثلاث المتعلقة بالمعاملات.

Since these functions fall under the purview of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General/Chief of Mission, it is proposed that the Administrative Officer (P-3) post be redeployed from the Office of the Chief of Mission Support to the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General/Chief of Mission.
وبالنظر إلى أن تلك المهام تقع ضمن مسؤولية الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام/رئيسة البعثة، يقترح نقل وظيفة المساعد الإداري (ف-3) من مكتب رئيس دعم البعثة إلى مكتب الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام/رئيسة البعثة.

29. The Secretary-General proposes the conversion of an Administrative Assistant (Field Service) post in the Office of the Director of Mission Support to a national General Service post.
29 - يقترح الأمين العام تحويل وظيفة واحدة لمساعد إداري (من فئة الخدمة الميدانية) في مكتب مدير دعم البعثة إلى وظيفة وطنية من فئة الخدمات العامة.

135. It is also proposed that three posts of Administrative Assistant (1 Field Service and 2 national General Service) be redeployed from the Office of the Deputy Director of Mission Support to the immediate Office of the Director of Mission Support.
135 - ومن المقترح أيضا نقل 3 وظائف لمساعدين إداريين (واحدة من فئة الخدمة الميدانية ووظفتان لموظف وطني من فئة الخدمات العامة) من مكتب نائب مدير دعم البعثة إلى المكتب الخاص لمدير دعم البعثة.
