The Commission may wish to encourage Governments to support activities that aim at the improvement and dissemination of information on the technical and environmental merits of EPPs and facilitate contacts between producers and users/consumers of EPPs, especially those produced by least developed countries and small island developing States.
٢٧ - وقد تود اللجنة أن تشجع الحكومات على دعم اﻷنشطة الرامية إلى تحسين وتعميم المعلومات عن المزايا التقنية والبيئية للمنتجات المفضلة بيئيا، وتيسير الاتصال بين المنتجين والمستعملين/المستهلكين للمنتجات المفضلة بيئيا، لا سيما التي تنتجها أقل البلدان النامية والدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية.

١٢ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يمكن اللجان الاقليمية ذات الصلة من دعم اﻷنشطة الرامية إلى تنسيق تنفيذ نتائج المؤتمر على الصعيدين الاقليمي ودون الاقليمي عن طريق جملة أمور منها توفير الاستقلال اللازم والموارد الكافية لمكاتبها ومراكز عملياتها دون الاقليمية، وفقا للفقرة ١٣٤ من برنامج العمل، مع مراعاة عملية تحقيق اللامركزية؛

Consideration should be given to further exploring the flexibility of the existing mandate of the Facility in supporting activities to achieve global environmental benefits.
وينبغي النظر في زيادة استكشاف مرونة الولاية الحالية لمرفق البيئة العالمي في دعم اﻷنشطة الرامية إلى تحقيق منافع بيئية عالمية.
