32. At its sixtieth session, the Assembly adopted resolution 60/200, requesting the Secretary-General to report to it at its sixty-second session on the celebration of the Year.

The Special Committee's recommendation to the General Assembly at its sixty-second session on 12 Territories was consolidated into two resolutions (see chap. XII, draft resolutions V and VI).

Recalling the Executive Committee's decision at its sixty-second session on administrative, financial and programme matters (A/AC.96/1107, para.13) as well as its discussions under the programme budgets and funding item at the fifty-second meeting of the Standing Committee in September 2011,

Recalls paragraph 14 of its resolution 58/270 of 23 December 2003 and paragraph 7 of its resolution 60/246, decides that the experiment will not be extended beyond the current biennium, and requests the Secretary-General to report thereon to the General Assembly at its sixty-second session on the results of this experiment as well as lessons learned that can be applied to the experiment referred to in paragraph 6 above;

7. Notes the proposal on workload standards to develop a comprehensive methodology for performance measurement and management from a full-system perspective, and requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly periodically, starting at its sixty-second session, on the specific indicators proposed under the headings of timeliness, quality, financial performance and organizational learning and growth;
7 - تلاحظ المقترح المتصل بمعايير عبء العمل ووضع منهجية شاملة لقياس الأداء وإدارته من منظور منظومة العمل()، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام تقديم تقارير دورية إلى الجمعية العامة اعتبارا من دورتها الثانية والستين بشأن المؤشرات المحددة المقترحة في إطار البنود المتصلة باحترام المواعيد والجودة والأداء المالي والتعلم المؤسسي والنمو؛

The General Assembly should request the Secretary-General to resolve the challenges and obstacles identified in the present report (see paragraph E) before further implementing phase 4 of the mobility policy so as to better equip the Organization for the fuller implementation of mobility in the near future and to report to the General Assembly, at its sixty-second session, on the progress made in implementing the present recommendation.

3. With regard to the request contained in paragraph 4 of resolution 61/257 for the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its sixty-second session on the activities of the Office for Disarmament Affairs, it should be noted that the High Representative for Disarmament Affairs made two statements in the First Committee on 6 and 16 October 2007 respectively, informing the Committee of the activities of the Office.

79. In his 2005 report on new or restored democracies (A/60/556), the Secretary-General noted that the next discussion by the General Assembly at its sixty-second session on the item would provide a good opportunity to have a full exchange of views to decide on substantive and institutional measures needed to expand the assistance programmes of the United Nations system in that area.
