4. The Governing Council held its Seventy-Sixth Session from 19 to 21 November 2013.

10. The Secretariat briefed the Council at its Seventy-Sixth Session on its ongoing consultations with the Syrian Arab Republic regarding its declaration and related disclosures.

At its Seventy-Sixth Session (June 1989), the Conference decided to introduce a new system of Swiss franc assessments combined with forward purchasing of the biennial dollar requirements.
قرر المؤتمر في دورته السادسة والسبعين (حزيران/يونيه 1998) اعتماد نظام جديد للتقديرات بالفرنكات السويسرية يقترن بالشراء الآجل للاحتياجات من الدولارات لفترة السنتين.

10. As stipulated by the Council at its Seventy-Sixth Session (paragraph 6.17 of EC-76/6, dated 11 July 2014), the Secretariat and the Syrian authorities continue to cooperate on outstanding issues regarding the Syrian declaration.

14. With regard to the Fact-Finding Mission to establish the facts surrounding the allegations of the use of toxic chemicals, reportedly chlorine, for hostile purposes in the Syrian Arab Republic, the Council at its Seventy-Sixth Session underlined that the use of chemical weapons by anyone under any circumstances would be reprehensible and completely contrary to the legal norms and standards of the international community.
14 - وفي ما يتعلق ببعثة تقصي الحقائق للوقوف على الحقائق التي تكتنف ادعاءات استخدام مواد كيميائية سامة، أوردت التقارير أنها مادة الكلور، لأغراض عدائية في الجمهورية العربية السورية، أكّد المجلس خلال دورته السادسة والسبعين على أن إقدام أي كان على استخدام الأسلحة الكيميائية تحت أي ظرف من الظروف سيكون أمرا مستنكرا ومنافيا تماما للقواعد والمعايير القانونية للمجتمع الدولي.

At its Seventy-Sixth Session, in November 2013, the Governing Council noted its continued satisfaction with the transfer of 5 per cent of Iraq's oil revenues to the Fund, as required under Security Council resolution 1483 (2003), which has been under the oversight of Iraq's Committee of Financial Experts since July 2011.
وأشار مجلس الإدارة، في دورته السادسة والسبعين المعقودة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2013، إلى ارتياحه المستمر لتحويل نسبة الـ 5 في المائة من عائدات العراق النفطية، على النحو المطلوب في قرار مجلس الأمن 1483 (2003)، إلي صندوق التعويضات الذي أُخضع لإشراف لجنة الخبراء الماليين العراقية منذ شهر تموز/يوليه 2011.

The Council at its Seventy-Sixth Session " urged the Secretariat and the Syrian authorities to continue to cooperate through technical discussions on outstanding issues regarding Syria's declaration, with a view to the soonest resolution of questions raised by the Secretariat to further the declaration's accuracy and completeness " (paragraph 6.17 of EC 76/6, dated 11 July 2014).
