30. Interim President Dioncounda Traoré's return to Mali on 27 July, after several weeks of medical care in France, provided new impetus to regional and international efforts to enhance inclusiveness and consolidate the transitional institutions.
30 - أكسبت عودة الرئيس المؤقت ديونكوندا تراوري إلى مالي في 27 تموز/يوليه، بعد أن خضع طيلة عدة أسابيع للرعاية الطبية في فرنسا، زخماً جديداً للجهود الإقليمية والدولية الرامية إلى تعزيز الشمول وتوطيد المؤسسات الانتقالية.

On 10 August, the Council issued a statement to the press on Mali, in which it welcomed the return to Bamako of the interim President, Dioncounda Traoré, recalled the expectations of the international community vis-à-vis the transitional authorities regarding the ending of the crisis and called upon the members of the former junta to cease all interference in the country's political affairs.

Welcomes the encouraging developments in Mali regarding the restoration of constitutional order, including the signing, on 6 April 2012, of the Framework Agreement for the Implementation of the Solemn Commitment of 1 April 2012, the appointment of the interim President, Mr. Dioncounda Traore, and that of the Prime Minister of the Transition, Cheick Modibo Diarra.
