(ج) ضمان فعالية تنفيذ أحكام مدونة العمل فيما يتعلق بالمساواة في الأجر مقابل العمل المتساوي القيمة، وذلك أيضا من خلال عمليات التفتيش في أماكن العمل وفرض الجزاءات، ومعالجة الفعالية المحدودة للأحكام الخاصة بالأجور، لاسيّما عن طريق حملات التوعية العامة في إطار رابطات أرباب العمل ونقابات العمال في الدولة الطرف؛
