The representative of the Association of World Citizens expressed concern that, notwithstanding the international campaign to prohibit the execution of mentally handicapped people, such executions had continued, as had executions of minors and pregnant women.
فأعرب ممثل رابطة مواطني العالم عن انشغاله من أنه برغم الحملة الدولية لحظر إعدام المعوقين عقلياً فلا تزال عملية إعدامهم مستمرة وكذلك إعدام القصر والحوامل.
