2. In paragraph 43 of its report, the Commission noted that, at its 3155th meeting, on 31 July 2012, it decided,, in accordance with articles 16 to 21 of its Statute, to transmit the draft articles, through the Secretary-General, to Governments and international organizations for comments and observations, with the request that such comments and observations be submitted to the Secretary-General by 1 January 2014.
2 - وأعلنت لجنة القانون الدولي، في الفقرة 43 من تقريرها، في جلستها 3155، المعقودة في 31 تموز/يوليه 2012، أنها قررت، وفقاً للمواد 16 إلى 21 من نظامها الأساسي، أن تحيل مشاريع المواد، بواسطة الأمين العام، إلى الحكومات لإبداء تعليقاتها وملاحظاتها، راجية منها أن تبعث هذه التعليقات والملاحظات إلى الأمين العام بحلول 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014.

24. Côte d'Ivoire would like, under this review, to thank the international community again for its support and request it to continue to sustain it on its path towards reconstruction and consolidation of the rule of law, and promises to produce a report halfway through 2016 on the effective implementation of the recommendations made during the universal periodic review of April and May 2014.
24- وتود كوت ديفوار، في إطار هذا الاستعراض، أن تشكر المجتمع الدولي مرة أخرى على دعمه راجية منه المضي في الأخذ بيدها على درب إعادة البناء وتعزيز دولة القانون، وهي تتعهد بتقديم تقرير لمنتصف المدة في عام 2016 فيما يتعلق بتنفيذها الفعال لما وُجه إليها من توصيات أثناء الاستعراض الدوري الشامل المعقود في نيسان/أبريل وأيار/مايو 2014.
