Under these conditions, Russia, as a co-sponsor of the peace process in the Middle East, considers that consideration of the Lebanese question at this session of the General Assembly is justified and timely.
وفي ظل هذه الظروف، ترى روسيا، بوصفها أحد راعيي عملية السلام في الشرق اﻷوسط، أن نظر المسألة اللبنانية في هذه الدورة للجمعية العامة جاء في الوقت المناسب وله ما يبرره.

The two sponsors of the peace process bear the basic responsibility for deterring the Israeli policies that are destroying the peace process.
إن راعيي عملية السلام يتحملان مسؤولية أساسية في ردع هذه السياسة الاسرائيلية المدمرة لعملية السلام.

As a sponsor of the peace process, Russia will continue its purposeful work to reestablish constructive Palestinian-Israeli cooperation and to bring the parties to understand the need to resume their seats at the negotiating table forthwith, proceeding from the agreements reached earlier.
وستستمر روسيا بوصفها أحد راعيي عملية السلام في عملها الهادف من أجل إعادة إرساء التعاون الفلسطيني - الاسرائيلي البناء وحمل الطرفين على إدراك الحاجة إلى العودة فورا إلى مقعديهما على طاولة المفاوضات، انطلاقا من الاتفاقات التي تم التوصل إليها في وقت سابق.

It is therefore incumbent upon the international community, particularly the guarantors of the peace process, to use their influence and good offices to ensure full Israeli compliance with the peace agreements.
ولذا يتعيﱠن على المجتمع الدولي، وعلى راعيي عملية السلام بصفة خاصة أن يستخدموا نفوذهم ومساعيهم الحميدة لضمان امتثال إسرائيل الكامل لاتفاقات السلام.

It is incumbent upon the sponsors of the peace process and the international community to exert all efforts to ensure its success.
وعلى راعيي عملية السلام والمجتمع الدولي بذل كل الجهود لكفالة نجاحها.

It is for all these reasons that we wish here to make a pressing appeal to the co-sponsors of the peace process and to the entire international community so that the most appropriate initiatives can be taken in order to salvage the peace process.
ولهذه اﻷسباب جميعا نود هنا أن نوجه نداء ملحا إلى راعيي عملية السلام وإلى المجتمع الدولي كلـــه لاتخـــاذ أنسب المبادرات ﻹنقاذ عملية السلام.

Russia, as one of the co-sponsors of the peace process launched in 1991 in Madrid, is prepared actively to cooperate actively with all to attain this goal.
وروسيا، وهي أحد راعيي عملية السلام التي بدأت في مدريد في عام ١٩٩١، على استعداد للتعاون مع الجميع بنشاط لتحقيق هذا الهدف.

It appeals urgently to all the parties concerned, the co-sponsors of the peace process and the international community to do everything necessary to ensure the resumption and success of the peace process by implementing the relevant Security Council resolutions.

7. Calls upon all the parties concerned, the co-sponsors of the peace process and the entire international community to exert all the necessary efforts to ensure the resumption of the peace process and its success;
٧ - تطلب إلى جميع اﻷطراف المعنية وإلى راعيي عملية السلام والمجتمع الدولي بأسره بذل جميع الجهود اللازمة لضمان استئناف عملية السلام ونجاحها؛

7. Calls upon all the parties concerned, the co-sponsors of the peace process and the entire community to exert all the necessary efforts to ensure the resumption of the peace process and its success;
٧ - تطلب إلى جميع اﻷطراف المعنية وإلى راعيي عملية السلام والمجتمع الدولي بأسره بذل جميع الجهود اللازمة لضمان استئناف عملية السلام ونجاحها؛

For these talks to succeed, we sincerely believe that only the support and commitment of the co-sponsors of the peace process will be likely to re-establish the confidence which is indispensable for advancing the process in the direction desired by the great majority of the peoples of the Middle East and the entire international community.
وحتى تحقق هذه المحادثات النجاح نعتقد بصراحة أن الدعم والالتزام من جانب راعيي عملية السلام من شأنهما وحدهما أن يعيــدا الثقة التي لا غـنى عنها للسـير في الاتـجاه الـذي تـريده الغالبيـة العــظمى من شـعوب الشـرق اﻷوسـط والمجتمع الدولي كله.

The co-sponsors of the peace process, the United States and the Russian Federation, as well as the European Union must intervene forthwith in order to halt the grievous Israeli violations and outrages to which the Palestinian people is being subjected and must bring pressure to bear on Israel to withdraw its military forces and evacuate Orient House in East Jerusalem.
وطالب المصدر بضرورة تدخل راعيي عملية السلام الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وروسيا الاتحادية وكذلك الاتحاد الأوروبي بالتدخل الفوري لوقف هذه الانتهاكات والاعتداءات الإسرائيلية الخطيرة التي يتعرض لها الشعب الفلسطيني، والضغط على إسرائيل للانسحاب وإخلاء قواتها العسكرية من بيت الشرق في القدس الشرقية.

A co-sponsor of the peace process, Russia is willing to make every effort to avoid a reversal in the Middle East settlement process and to contribute to the resumption of talks in a constructive spirit.
إن روسيا بوصفها أحد راعيي عملية السلام مستعدة لبــذل كــل جهد لتحاشي عكس مسار عملية التسوية في الشرق اﻷوســط ولﻹسهام في استئناف المحادثات بروح بناءة.

While commending the position of the Russian Federation in this respect, it calls upon the latter, as a co-sponsor of the peace process, and upon the European Union and all concerned parties, to adopt earnest and decisive positions concerning Israeli practices which disregard the rights and feelings of all Muslims and Christians worldwide.
وإذ ينوه المجلس بموقف روسيا الاتحادية في هذا الشأن يدعوها باعتبارها أحد راعيي عملية السلام وكذلك الاتحاد اﻷوروبي وجميع المعنيين إلى اتخاذ مواقف جادة وحاسمة تجاه الممارسات اﻹسرائيلية التي تتجاهل حقوق ومشاعر كافة المسلمين والمسيحيين في أنحاء العالم.

In addition, while Kuwait endorses and appreciates the efforts of the two sponsors of the peace process, together with the European Union, to revitalize that process, we call upon all of them to redouble their efforts at this critical stage of the peace process.
وإذ تقدر الكويت وتدعم جهود راعيي عملية السلام والاتحاد اﻷوروبي ﻹحياء العملية السلمية، فإنها تدعوهم إلى مواصلة تكثيف تلك الجهود خلال هــذه المرحلــة الحرجة التي تشهدها عملية السلام.

Finally, we invite the two sponsors of the peace process to assume fully their responsibilities in order to allow the people of the region to recover their legitimate rights and to open a new chapter in the history of this subregion, so that its potential can be put to the service of economic development and social advancement.
وأخيرا ندعو راعيي عملية السلام الى الاضطلاع بمسؤوليتهما من أجل تمكين شــعوب المنــطقة من استرجاع حقوقها المشروعة وفتح صفحة جديــدة في تاريخ المنطقة تتيح توظيف طاقاتها من أجل التنمية الاقتصادية والرقي الاجتماعي.

We call upon the sponsors of the peace process to rectify these matters before it is too late.
إننا ندعو راعيي عملية السلام ﻹعادة اﻷمور إلى نصابها قبل فوات اﻷوان.
