34. UNODC, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, should continue the development of technical assistance tools, for the Convention and the Protocols thereto and on specialized issues, including mutual legal assistance and extradition.
34- ينبغي لمكتب المخدِّرات والجريمة أن يواصل، رهناً بتوفُّر موارد من خارج الميزانية، استحداث أدوات للمساعدة التقنية بشأن الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها وبشأن مسائل متخصّصة، بما في ذلك المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة وتسليم المطلوبين.

10. As regards the long-standing concern relating to the lengthy time frame for the issuance of inspection reports, the IGO, in line with the Working Group's road map, has agreed to the proposal of a target time frame of three months, subject to the availability of human and financial resources.

In the report on its seventh meeting (CTOC/COP/WG.2/2013/5), the Working Group recommended that UNODC should, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, assist States by preparing an issue paper on the criminal, civil or administrative liability of legal persons.
أوصى الفريق العامل في تقريره عن اجتماعه السابع (CTOC/COP/WG.2/2013/5) بأن يساعد المكتب الدول في هذا الشأن بإعداد ورقة مسائل لمناقشة مسؤولية الأشخاص الاعتباريين الجنائية والمدنية والإدارية، وذلك رهناً بتوفُّر موارد من خارج الميزانية.

In paragraphs 11 and 13 (a) of the same decision, the Conference of the Parties, among other things, also requested the Secretariat to update the guidance documents referred to in paragraph 3 above on the basis of the comments received from parties and others, subject to the availability of resources.
