5. This report presents the rolling workplan of the TEC for 2012 - 2013 and modalities on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements of the TEC under and outside the Convention as requested by decision 4/CP.17.
5- يعرض هذا التقرير خطة العمل المتجددة للجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا للفترة 2012-2013 وطرائق اللجنة لإقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها، حسبما طلبه المقرر 4/م أ-17.

3. Adopts the modalities of the Technology Executive Committee on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under and outside of the Convention contained in the annex to the report referred to in paragraph 1 above, with a view to promoting coherence and cooperation across technology activities under and outside of the Convention;
3- يعتمد `طرائق اللجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا لإقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها`، وهي الطرائق المدرجة في مرفق التقرير المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، وذلك بهدف تعزيز الاتساق والتعاون بين الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها()؛

(b) To consider the modalities on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under and outside the Convention, with a view to recommending elements for a draft decision on this matter for consideration and adoption by the COP at its eighteenth session, as appropriate.
(ب) النظر في طرائق إقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها، بهدف التوصية بعناصر مشروع مقرر بشأن هذه المسألة ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف ويعتمدها، حسب الاقتضاء، في دورته الثامنة عشرة.

4. The TEC convened its 2nd meeting from 15 to 17 February 2012 in Bonn, Germany, to elaborate on its rolling workplan for 2012 - 2013 and its modalities on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under and outside the Convention referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 above.
4- وعقدت اللجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا اجتماعها الثاني في الفترة من 15 إلى 17 شباط/فبراير 2012 في بون، ألمانيا، لبلورة خطة عملها المتجددة للفترة 2012-2013 وطرائقها المتبعة في إقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها، على نحو ما أشير إليه في الفقرتين 2 و3 أعلاه.

8. Requests the Technology Executive Committee to report on the outcomes of its consultations with other relevant institutional arrangements in its report on activities and performance for 2013, in order to inform the consideration and approval by the Conference of the Parties at its nineteenth session of the modalities of the Committee on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under and outside the Convention;
8- يطلب إلى اللجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا أن تبلّغ عن نتائج مشاوراتها مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية ذات الصلة في تقريرها عن أنشطتها وأدائها لمهامها في عام 2013، لكي يسترشد بذلك مؤتمر الأطراف لدى النظر في طرائق اللجنة لإقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها، وإقرار هذه الطرائق في دورته التاسعة عشرة؛

58. Takes note of the initial ideas of the Technology Executive Committee on its modalities for establishing linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under the Convention, including the Advisory Board of the Climate Technology Centre and Network, as presented in its report considered at the thirty-sixth sessions of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation;
58- يحيط علماً بالأفكار الأولية للجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا بشأن طرائقها لإقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية، بما في ذلك المجلس الاستشاري لمركز وشبكة تكنولوجيا المناخ، على النحو المقدم في تقريرها الذي نظرت فيه الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في الدورة السادسة والثلاثين لكل منهما()؛

9. Modalities on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements 35. As requested by COP 18, the TEC, in finalizing its modalities on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under the Convention, consulted with other bodies under the Convention in order to seek their views on, and coordinate, the proposed modalities of the TEC on linkages with those bodies.
35- بناءً على طلب مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثامنة عشرة، تشاورت اللجنة التنفيذية، لدى استكمال طرائقها لإقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية، مع الهيئات الأخرى في إطار الاتفاقية من أجل التماس آرائها بشأن طرائق اللجنة التنفيذية المقترحة لإقامة الروابط مع تلك الهيئات، وتنسيق هذه الطرائق().

80. COP 18 encouraged the TEC to continue its consultations with relevant stakeholders on its proposed modalities on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under and outside of the Convention and to report on the outcomes of these consultations in its report on activities and performance for 2013.
80- وشجع مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثامنة عشرة اللجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا على أن تواصل مشاوراتها مع الجهات المعنية صاحبة المصلحة بشأن طرائقها المقترحة لإقامة روابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها، وأن تبلِّغ عن نتائج هذه المشاورات في تقريرها عن أنشطتها وأدائها لعام 2013().

88. COP 18, by decision 13/CP.18, encouraged the TEC to continue its consultations with relevant stakeholders on its proposed modalities on linkages with other relevant institutional arrangements under and outside the Convention and to report on the outcomes of these consultations in its report on activities and performance for 2013, for consideration and approval at COP 19.
88- وشجع مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثامنة عشرة، بموجب مقرره 13/م أ-18، اللجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا على أن تواصل مشاوراتها مع الجهات المعنية صاحبة المصلحة بشأن طرائقها المقترحة لإقامة الروابط مع سائر الترتيبات المؤسسية المعنية في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها، وأن تبلغ عن نتائج هذه المشاورات في تقريرها عن الأنشطة والأداء لعام 2013 كي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة عشرة ويجيزها().
