57. The budget for the ITL for the biennium 2010 - 2011, not including the deduction of fees paid by Parties which were not listed in annex II to decision 11/CMP.3, is EUR 6,150,617.

5. Decides that, if a Party to the Kyoto Protocol with a quantified emission limitation or reduction commitment listed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol that is not listed in the annex to this decision decides to use the international transaction log in the biennium 2012 - 2013, the scale of fees for the Party shall be made equal to 130 per cent of its Kyoto Protocol adjusted scale for 2012 - 2013;
5- يقرر أنه إذا قرر طرف في بروتوكول كيوتو لديه التزام كمي بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها، من بين الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق باء لبروتوكول كيوتو وغير المدرجة في مرفق هذا المقرَّر، أن يستخدم سجل المعاملات الدولي لفترة السنتين 2012-2013، يكون مبلغ الرسوم الخاص بهذا الطرف مساوياً لما نسبته 130 في المائة من مبلغ الجدول المعدَّل لبروتوكول كيوتو للفترة 2012-2013؛

Adopts the fees and the scale of fees for the international transaction log for the biennium 2010 - 2011, as contained in annex II to this decision;

Also requests the Executive Secretary to notify Parties planning to use the international transaction log of the annual fees to cover the budget for the international transaction log for the biennium 2014 - 2015, subject to paragraph 8 below, as early as possible and at least four months in advance of the relevant calendar year;
5- يطلب أيضاً إلى الأمينة التنفيذية أن تحظر الأطراف التي تعتزم استخدام سجل المعاملات الدولي بالرسوم السنوية المطلوبة لتغطية ميزانية سجل المعاملات الدولي لفترة السنتين 2014-2015، رهناً بأحكام الفقرة 8 أدناه، وذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن وعلى الأقل أربعة أشهر قبل بداية السنة التقويمية ذات الصلة؛

2. Decides that fees for the international transaction log paid by Parties for the biennium 2012 - 2013 shall be calculated by multiplying the scale of fees for that Party by the budget for the international transaction log for the biennium 2012 - 2013, with the fees for the first year of the biennium being equal to the fees for the second year of the biennium, for each Party;
2- يقرِّر أن تُحسَب رسوم سجل المعاملات الدولي التي يدفعها الأطراف عن فترة السنتين 2012-2013 بضرب مبلغ الرسوم المستحقة على الطرف بميزانية سجل المعاملات الدولي لفترة السنتين 2012-2013، على أن تكون رسوم السنة الأولى من فترة السنتين مساوية لرسوم السنة الثانية منها، بالنسبة لكل طرف من الأطراف؛

4. 188. The SBI considered the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2012 - 2013 and the budget for the ITL for the biennium 2012 - 2013.
