In regard to the alleged violations of the right to a fair trial, the Working Group considers that it is not in possession of sufficient information about violations which would be of such gravity as to give the deprivation of liberty an arbitrary character.
26- وفيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات المزعومة للحق في محاكمة عادلة، يرى الفريق العامل أنه لم تتوفر لديه معلومات كافية بشأن خطورة الانتهاكات التي من شأنها أن تضفي على سلب الحرية طابعاً تعسفياً. الرأي

The Working Group is of the view that those violations are of such gravity as to give the deprivation of liberty an arbitrary character, falling within category III of the categories applicable to the consideration of cases submitted to the Working Group.
27- ويرى الفريق العامل أن تلك الانتهاكات بلغت من الخطورة ما يضفي على سلب الحرية طابعاً تعسفياً يندرج ضمن الفئة الثالثة من الفئات التي يستند إليها الفريق العامل لدى النظر في القضايا المعروضة عليه. الرأي

(c) When the total or partial non-observance of the international norms relating to the right to a fair trial, established in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the relevant international instruments accepted by the States concerned, is of such gravity as to give the deprivation of liberty an arbitrary character (category III);
5- (ج) إذا كان عدم التقيد كلياً أو جزئياً بالقواعد الدولية المتصلة بالحق في محاكمة عادلة، وهي القواعد المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وفي الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدول المعنية، من الخطورة بحيث يضفي على سلب الحرية طابعاً تعسفياً (الفئة الثالثة)؛

(c) When the total or partial non-observance of the international norms relating to the right to a fair trial established in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the relevant international instruments accepted by the States concerned is of such gravity as to give the deprivation of liberty an arbitrary character (category III);
(ج) إذا كان عدم التقيد كلياً أو جزئياً بالقواعد الدولية المتصلة بالحق في محاكمة عادلة، وهي القواعد المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وفي الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدول المعنية، من الخطورة بحيث يضفي على سلب الحرية طابعاً تعسفياً (الفئة الثالثة)؛
