With regard to the concerns raised about his adherence to the Code of Conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders, he emphasized that he followed the Code strictly.

During the period under review, the Working Group also sent two letters of allegation to Nigeria and Sudan, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Special Procedures Mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council.
