The alleged pursuit of elements that pose a threat to Turkey's national security cannot legitimize its continued pursuit of this policy, one that is entirely at odds with its declared commitment to Iraq's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Turkey's distress is basically due to the anomalous situation in the area that was imposed by the United States and the United Kingdom acting in cooperation with the Government of Turkey itself.
إذ أن دعوى مطاردة عناصر تهدد الأمن القومي التركي لا تبيح لها مواصلة سياستها هذه والتي تتقاطع كليا مع ما تعلنه تركيا من حرص على سيادة ووحدة أراضي العراق، وأن ما تعانيه تركيا يعود بالأساس إلى استمرار الحالة الشاذة التي فرضتها كل من الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا في المنطقة وبالتعاون مع حكومة تركيا.

The Government of the Republic of Iraq also categorically rejects the flimsy arguments and excuses adduced by Turkey to justify these repeated acts of aggression, since the claim that it is pursuing elements that threaten Turkish national security is no justification for its continuation of this aggressive policy, which is totally at variance with its alleged concern for Iraq's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
كما أن حكومة جمهورية العراق ترفض وبشكل قاطع الحجج والذرائع الواهية التي تتذرع بها تركيا في تبريرها لعمليات الاعتداء المتكررة هذه، إذ أن دعوى مطاردة العناصر التي تُهدد الأمن القومي التركي لا تبيح لها مواصلة سياستها العدوانية هذه والتي تتقاطع كليا مع ما تدعيه من حرص على سيادة ووحدة أراضي العراق.

2. Reaffirms its commitment to ensure respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, where UNPROFOR is deployed;
٢ - يؤكد من جديد التزامه بضمان احترام سيادة ووحدة أراضي جمهورية كرواتيا، وجمهورية البوسنة والهرسك وجمهورية مقدونيا اليوغوسلافية السابقة، حيث تم وزع قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية؛

It expressed concern that the Iranian Government had proceeded to take measures designed to establish its occupation of the three islands, in contravention of the principles of international law, the Charter of the Organization of the Islamic Conference and the principles of good-neighbourliness and respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the States of the region.
