66- الإجراء: سيدعى مؤتمر الأطراف إلى اعتماد مشاريع المقررات أو الاستنتاجات المتعلقة بالاتفاقية والتي تحيلها الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية أو الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتيهما الثالثة والثلاثين.

National communications Action: the COP will be invited to adopt a draft decision forwarded by the SBI at its twenty-second session on submission of second and, where appropriate, third national communication from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (FCCC/SBI/2005/10/Add.1).
35- الإجراء: سيدعى مؤتمر الأطراف إلى اعتماد مشروع مقرر أحالته إليه الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثانية والعشرين بشأن تقديم البلاغات الوطنية الثانية وكذلك الثالثة، عند الاقتضاء، من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية (FCCC/SBI/2005/10.Add.1).
