1. The United Nations Programme on Space Applications of the Office for Outer Space Affairs of the Secretariat was established in 1971 on the recommendation of the United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space in 1968.
1- أنشىء برنامج الأمم المتحدة للتطبيقات الفضائية التابع لمكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي بالأمانة العامة في عام 1971 بناء على توصية من مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة المعني باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية، الذي عقد في عام 1968.

21. At the 519th meeting, on 2 June, the Director of the Office for Outer Space Affairs of the Secretariat made a statement, in which he reviewed the work carried out by the Office during the previous year.
