However, the scope of this exemption is strictly construed to apply only to the specific strategic activities reserved for the Government; thus, the competition authority has recently intervened in respect of the grant of concessions for petrol stations by the State-owned oil company.
غير أن نطاق هذا الاعفاء يُفسﱠر تفسيراً ضيقاً على أنه لا يسري إلا على أنشطة استراتيجية محددة تستفرد بها الحكومة؛ وتدخلت بالتالي مؤخراً السلطة المشرفة على المنافسة فيما يتعلق بمنح شركات النفط الحكومية امتيازات لاقامة محطات بيع النفط.

Mutual Assistance of the Latin American Government Oil Companies (ARPEL) was created on 2 October 1965 at the Third Conference of Latin American Government Oil Companies in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
أنشئت تعاضدية شركات النفط الحكومية في أمريكا اللاتينية في ٢ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٦٥ خلال المؤتمر الثالث لشركات النفط الحكومية في أمريكا اللاتينية في ريو دي جانيرو، البرازيل.

25. At its resumed 1997 session, the Committee decided to defer consideration of the quadrennial reports of the International Islamic Federation of Student Organizations and Mutual Assistance of the Latin American Government Oil Companies (ARPEL) to its 1998 session.
٢٥ - في الدورة المستأنفة لعام ١٩٩٧، قررت اللجنة أن ترجئ النظر في تقريري الاتحاد اﻹسلامي الدولي لمنظمات الطلبة وتعاضدية شركات النفط الحكومية في أمريكا اللاتينية، وهما من التقارير التي تقدم كل أربع سنوات، وذلك الى دورتها في عام ١٩٩٨.

At its 687th meeting, on 18 December 1998, the Committee decided to defer to its 1999 session the reports of the International Islamic Federation of Student Organizations and Mutual Assistance of the Latin American Government Oil Companies (now known as the Regional Association of Oil and Gas Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean).
٢٦ - وفي الجلسة ٦٨٧ المعقودة في ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٨، قررت اللجنة أن ترجئ الى دورتها في عام ١٩٩٩ تقريري الاتحاد اﻹسلامي الدولي لمنظمات الطلبة وتعاضدية شركات النفط الحكومية في أمريكا اللاتينية )التي تعرف اﻵن باسم الرابطة اﻹقليمية لشركات النفط والغاز في أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي(.

43. At its 705th meeting, on 14 June, the Committee decided to take note of the report of the Mutual Assistance of Latin American Government Oil Companies (ARPEL) (now known as Regional Association of Oil and Gas Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean).
43- وقررت اللجنة في جلستها 705 المعقودة في 14 حزيران/يونيه أن تحيط علماً بالتقرير المقدم من تعاضدية شركات النفط الحكومية في أمريكا اللاتينية (المعروفة الآن باسم الرابطة الاقليمية لشركات النفط والغاز في أمريكا اللاتينية والكاريبي).
