٢٧ - وأبلغت اللجنة بأن نوعية تقارير اﻷداء المالي وتقرير الميزانية تتأثر بعدد الموظفين في شعبة تمويل عمليات حفظ السلام التابعة لمكتب تخطيط البرامج والميزانية والحسابات وكذا بالصعوبات في تعيين موظفين محنكين وأكفاء والاحتفاظ بهم في البعثات، ولا سيما في مناصب كبار الموظفين اﻹداريين والماليين.

24.15 This component of subprogramme 2 is the responsibility of the Peacekeeping Financing Division of the Office of Programme Planning, Budget and Accounts. The Division will continue to develop and implement policies and procedures that are consistent with the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations with respect to peacekeeping activities.
