50. CERD noted with concern the very few complaints of racial discrimination taken up by the Ombudsman's Office and the very few court decisions issued on any complaint.

(ج) النظر في مراجعة قواعد الإثبات في تشريعات الدولة الطرف عبر نقل عبء الإثبات أو تقاسمه حين تتم ملاحقة شكاوى التمييز العنصري في سياق القانون المدني، نظراً لصعوبة إثبات الإدعاءات بالتمييز العنصري.

Moreover, the Committee notes with concern the low number of cases in which discrimination was established by the Commissioner for Human Rights, as compared to the number of complaints of racial discrimination received, and the lack of support measures for victims to litigate in discrimination cases (arts. 1, para. 1; 2, para. 1 (d); 4; and 6).
