Professor Christopher Greenwood provided a correct legal analysis which I share. He wrote:
وقد قدم البروفيسور كريستوفر غرينوود تحليلا قانونيا صائبا أتفق معه فيه حين كتب يقول:

At present, countries and nations have their own views and stand on the concept of human rights, and international human rights instruments adopted so far fail to provide unified and correct definition thereof.
يختلف رأي البلدان والأمم وموقفها من حقوق الإنسان من احداها للأخرى في الوقت الحاضر، ولا تقدم الوثائق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي صدرت حتى الآن أيضا، تعريفا رسميا موحدا صائبا عنها.
