8- وفي ضوء ما تقدم، فإن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تعمل بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، تخلص إلى أن قرار الدولة الطرف بإعادة صاحبة الشكوى إلى إثيوبيا لا يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

In the light of the above, the Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, concludes that the deportation of the complainant to Ethiopia would not constitute a violation of article 3 of the Convention.
10- وفي ضوء ما تقدّم، تخلص لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، وهي تتصرف عملاً بالفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، إلى أن ترحيل صاحبة الشكوى إلى إثيوبيا لن يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

The State party submits that it will demonstrate the validity of the Court's decision, in the light of article 3 of the Convention and the jurisprudence of the Committee and its general comments, and maintains that the deportation of the complainant to Ethiopia would not constitute a violation of the Convention by Switzerland.
وتدعي الدولة الطرف أنها ستقوم بإثبات صحة قرار المحكمة، في ضوء المادة 3 من الاتفاقية والاجتهادات القضائية للجنة وتعليقاتها العامة، وتؤكد أن ترحيل صاحبة الشكوى إلى إثيوبيا لن يشكل انتهاكاً من جانب سويسرا لأحكام الاتفاقية.
