Since neither the author nor his lawyer provided this information, the Court decided not to proceed with the case and rejected the complaint.
وبما أن أياً من صاحب البلاغ أو محاميه لم يقدم هذه المعلومات، فقد قررت المحكمة عدم متابعة القضية ورفضت الشكوى.

3. Paragraph 1 above shall not affect the right of the author of a communication or the State party concerned to make public any submissions or information bearing on the proceedings.
