6.3 With regard to the author's initial claims under articles 7; 9, paragraph 5; 10, paragraph 1; 14, paragraph 1; 16 and 26 of the Covenant, the Committee takes note of the State party's acknowledgment that the author has exhausted all domestic remedies.

6.2 The Committee has ascertained, in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2 (a) and (b), of the Optional Protocol, that the same matter is not being examined under another procedure of international investigation or settlement and that the author has exhausted domestic remedies.

6.2 The Committee has ascertained that the same matter is not being and has not been examined under another procedure of international investigation or settlement for purposes of article 5, paragraph 2 (a) of the Optional Protocol, and that the author has exhausted domestic remedies, in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2 (b) of the Optional Protocol.

For these reasons, the Committee considered that the author had exhausted domestic remedies for the purposes of article 5, paragraph 2 (b) of the Optional Protocol.
