إذ يسترشد بميثاق الأمم المتحدة، والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، وغيرها من صكوك القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة،

The Court first recalls that it had occasion to address the issues of the relationship between international humanitarian law and international human rights law and of the applicability of international human rights law instruments outside national territory in its Advisory Opinion of 9 July 2004 on the Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
تذكر المحكمة أولا بأنها تناولت في مناسبات سابقة مسائل العلاقة بين القانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان وقابلية تطبيق صكوك القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان خارج الإقليم الوطني في فتواها المؤرخة 9 تموز/يوليه 2004 بشأن الآثار القانونية الناشئة عن تشييد جدار في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة.

Reaffirming the commitment of all States to fulfil their obligations under other important instruments of international law, in particular those of international human rights law and international humanitarian law,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد تعهد جميع الدول بالوفاء بالتزاماتها بمقتضى صكوك القانون الدولي الهامة الأخرى، ولا سيما صكوك القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي،

(c) To consider as a matter of high priority becoming a party to all instruments of international human rights law and international humanitarian law, and to ensure that existing legal obligations are implemented;
(ج) أن تنظر على سبيل الأولوية في أن تصبح طرفا في كافة صكوك القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، وتكفل تنفيذ الالتزامات القانونية القائمة؛

95. The Working Group wishes to reaffirm the importance that the Declaration has had as an important precedent for the development of instruments of international human rights law regarding enforced disappearances, such as the Inter-American Convention on the Forced Disappearance of Persons and the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
95- ويود الفريق العامل أن يؤكد مجدداً أهمية الإعلان كسابقة مهدت لوضع صكوك القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بالاختفاء القسري، مثل اتفاقية البلدان الأمريكية بشأن حالات الاختفاء القسري للأشخاص والاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري.

(c) To consider as a matter of high priority becoming a party to all instruments of international human rights law and international humanitarian law, and to ensure that existing legal obligations are implemented;
(ج) أن تنظر على سبيل الأولوية القصوى في أن تصبح طرفا في جميع صكوك القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، وأن تكفل تنفيذ الالتزامات القانونية القائمة؛

5. Calls upon Member States to take the necessary measures that fulfil their obligations under the instruments of international human rights law and international humanitarian law to ensure that Israel ceases killing, targeting, arresting and harassing Palestinians, particularly women and children;
5- تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى اتخاذ التدابير الضرورية للوفاء بالتزاماتها القائمة بموجب صكوك القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي كي تضمن توقف إسرائيل عن القيام بأعمال قتل الفلسطينيين واستهدافهم واعتقالهم، لا سيما النساء والأطفال منهم؛
