25. The SubCommission will recall that in resolution 41/120 the Assembly invited Member States and United Nations bodies to bear in mind the following guidelines in developing international instruments in the field of human rights.
25- وتذكر اللجنة الفرعية أن الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 41/120، دعت الدول الأعضاء وهيئات الأمم المتحدة إلى أن تأخذ في الاعتبار المبادئ التوجيهية التالية عند وضع صكوك دولية في مجال حقوق الإنسان.

On several occasions reference was made to General Assembly resolution 41/120 of 4 December 1986 containing guidelines in developing international instruments in the field of human rights.
وأُشير في عدة مناسبات إلى قرار الجمعية العامة ١٤/٠٢١ المؤرخ في ٤ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٦٨٩١ المتضمن المبادئ التوجيهية لوضع صكوك دولية في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان.

With respect to standard-setting activities, the Sub-Commission will recall Commission resolution 1987/24, in which the Commission invited the Sub-Commission, when engaged in developing international instruments in the field of human rights, to bear in mind the guidelines established in General Assembly resolution 41/120 of 4 December 1986.
40- فيما يتعلق بأنشطة وضع المعايير، تذكر اللجنة الفرعية قرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 1987/24، الذي دعت اللجنة فيه اللجنة الفرعية إلى أن تضع في الاعتبار المبادئ التوجيهية المثبتة في قرار الجمعية العامة 41/120 المؤرخ في 4 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1986، عندما تقوم بوضع صكوك دولية في مجال حقوق الإنسان.

In that resolution, the Assembly urged Member States and United Nations bodies engaged in developing new international human rights standards to give due consideration in that work to the established international legal framework, and invited Member States and United Nations bodies to bear in mind the following guidelines in developing international instruments in the field of human rights.
وفي ذلك القرار، حثت الجمعية العامة الدول الأعضاء وهيئات الأمم المتحدة القائمة بوضع معايير دولية جديدة لحقوق الإنسان على أن تولي الاعتبار الواجب في هذا العمل للإطار القانوني الدولي المستقر، ودعت الدول الأعضاء وهيئات الأمم المتحدة إلى أن تأخذ في الاعتبار المبادئ التوجيهية التالية عند وضع صكوك دولية في مجال حقوق الإنسان.
