19. Invites Governments and intergovernmental organizations to contribute to the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights for the purpose of financing, where necessary, attendance by representatives of national institutions;

5. Expresses its appreciation for the contributions made to the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights, welcomes in particular the increasing contributions made by developing countries and invites more Governments and non-governmental organizations to consider contributing;
5- تعرب عن تقديرها للمساهمات المقدمة إلى صندوق الأمم المتحدة للتبرعات بشأن التعاون التقني في ميدان حقوق الإنسان، وترحب بصفة خاصة بالمساهمات المتزايدة المقدمة من البلدان النامية، وتدعو المزيد من الحكومات والمنظمات غير الحكومية إلى النظر في تقديم مساهمات؛

14. Invites Governments and the private sector to contribute to the United Nations Voluntary Fund on Disability, with a view to providing additional support for the implementation of the Standard Rules, within the context of the World Programme of Action concerning Disabled Persons;
٤١- تدعو الحكومات والقطاع الخاص إلى اﻹسهام في صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للتبرعات بشأن العجز بغية تقديم دعم إضافي لتنفيذ القواعد الموحدة في إطار برنامج العمل العالمي المتعلق بالمعوقين؛

1. Calls upon the Secretary-General to maintain the integrity of programmes within the United Nations system relating to disabled persons, including the United Nations Voluntary Fund on Disability, in order to promote the rights and the equalization of opportunities and full inclusion within societies of persons with disabilities;
١ ـ تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يبقي على كامل البرامج في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة المتعلقة بالمعوقين، بما في ذلك صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للتبرعات بشأن العجز، بغية تعزيز حقوق المعوقين وتحقيق تكافؤ الفرص لهم، وإدماجهم الكامل في المجتمع؛

1. Considers that the participation at the twenty-eighth session of the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery of six representatives of non-governmental organizations working in different countries in Africa, America, Asia and Europe financed by the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund on Contemporary Forms of Slavery, including victims of contemporary forms of slavery, is a valuable contribution to the work of the Working Group;
1- ترى أن قيام ستة ممثلين لمنظمات غير حكومية تعمل في بلدان مختلفة في آسيا وأفريقيا والأمريكتين وأوروبا وممولة من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للتبرعات بشأن أشكال الرق المعاصرة، من بينهم ضحايا لأشكال الرق المعاصرة، بالمشاركة في الدورة الثامنة والعشرين للفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة إنما يشكل مساهمة قيّمة في أعمال الفريق؛

Status reports on project activities and on the financial situation of the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights are prepared quarterly and made available to Member States, other donor countries, and other partners to ensure maximum transparency and accountability in the management of technical cooperation.
45- وتُعد على أساس ربع سنوي تقارير حالة عن أنشطة المشاريع وعن حالة صندوق الأمم المتحدة للتبرعات بشأن التعاون التقني في ميدان حقوق الإنسان وتتاح هذه التقارير للدول الأعضاء وللبلدان المانحة الأخرى وللشركاء الآخرين بغية ضمان أقصى قدر من الشفافية والمساءلة في إدارة التعاون التقني.

13. OHCHR technical cooperation activities are funded mainly through the United Nations regular budget and/or the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights.
13- إن أنشطة التعاون التقني التي يتولاها مكتب المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان تموَّل بصورة رئيسية عن طريق الميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة و/أو من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للتبرعات بشأن التعاون التقني في ميدان حقوق الإنسان.

(b) To continue to provide, from within existing resources and from the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the field of Human Rights, the necessary assistance for international and regional meetings of national institutions.
