In paragraph 5 of resolution 49/121, the General Assembly renewed its request to Governments and regional economic integration organizations to contribute to the voluntary fund established for the purpose of assisting developing countries, especially those most concerned by the subject-matter of the Conference, in particular the least developed among them, to participate fully and effectively in the Conference.
٤١ - طلبت الجمعية العامة مرة أخرى في الفقرة ٥ من قرارها ٤٩/١٢١ إلى الحكومات والمنظمات الاقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تقديم مساهمات الى صندوق التبرعات المنشأ بغرض مساعدة البلدان النامية، لا سيما أكثرها اهتماما بموضوع المؤتمر، وبخاصة أقلها نموا، كيما تتمكن من المشاركة في المؤتمر بصورة تامة وفعالة.

In paragraph 5 of resolution 49/121, the General Assembly had renewed its request to Governments and regional economic integration organizations to contribute to the voluntary fund established for the purpose of assisting developing countries, especially those most concerned by the subject-matter of the Conference, in particular the least developed among them, to participate fully and effectively in the Conference.
١٧ - طلبت الجمعية العامة مرة أخرى، في الفقرة ٥ من قرارها ٤٩/١٢١، إلى الحكومات والمنظمات اﻹقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تقديم مساهمات إلى صندوق التبرعات المنشأ بغرض مساعدة البلدان النامية، لا سيما أكثرها اهتماما بموضوع المؤتمر، وبخاصة أقلها نموا، كيما تتمكن من المشاركة في المؤتمر بصورة تامة وفعالة.

With regard to technical assistance for the institutional development of HNP, transfer to UNDP of the voluntary fund established under resolution 975 (1995) is under way.
وفيما يتعلق بالمساعدة التقنية المقدمة للتطوير المؤسسي للشرطة الوطنية الهايتية، يجري نقل صندوق التبرعات المنشأ بموجب القرار ٩٧٥ )١٩٩٥( الى البرنامج اﻹنمائي.

24. At the 42nd meeting, held on 31 March 1994, the Chairman of the Conference made an appeal to delegations for contributions to the voluntary fund established for the purpose of assisting developing countries to participate fully and effectively in the Conference, so as to enable as many States as possible to participate in the Conference.

The Alliance welcomed the establishment of a voluntary fund for the participation of small island developing States and least developed countries in the international meeting but, aware that there were savings from the voluntary fund established under resolution 47/189 for the Barbados conference, believed that it would be more convenient to merge the two funds.
وقالت إن التحالف يرحب بإنشاء صندوق تبرعات لمشاركة البلدان الجزرية الصغيرة النامية وأقل البلدان نموا في الاجتماع الدولي، إلا أنه إدراكا منها بوجود وفورات من صندوق التبرعات المنشأ بموجب القرار 47/189 لمؤتمر بربادوس، فهي ترى أنه من الملائم أكثر دمج الصندوقين.
