12- وأشار وزير العمل ووزير الاتصال بالأمين العام للرابطة الوطنية من أجل الديمقراطية إشارة إيجابية إلى التعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية بعد التوقيع في عام 2007 على مذكرة تفاهم توفِّر آلية لتمكين ضحايا السخرة من طلب الإنصاف.

(o) Notes with great concern that the 2005 ILO Global Report A Global Alliance Against Forced Labour estimates that 12.3 million people are victims of forced labour worldwide;
