4. Condemns the United States of America's economic boycott measures against Libya and calls for their cancellation forthwith as they violate international laws and norms.
4 - إدانة إجراءات المقاطعة الاقتصادية التي اتخذتها حكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ضد ليبيا والمطالبة بإلغائها فوراً باعتبارها منافية للأعراف والقوانين الدولية.

(a) To enjoin the United Kingdom and the United States respectively from taking any action against Libya calculated to coerce or compel Libya to surrender the accused individuals to any jurisdiction outside of Libya; and
)أ( أمر كل من المملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة بالامتناع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء ضد ليبيا يراد به إكراه ليبيا أو إجبارها على تسليم الشخصين المتهمين إلى أي ولاية قضائية خارج ليبيا؛

(a) to enjoin the United Kingdom and the United States respectively from taking any action against Libya calculated to coerce or compel Libya to surrender the accused individuals to any jurisdiction outside of Libya; and

14. In view of the above, the only explanation for the promulgation of the D'Amato-Kennedy Act is that it is just another chapter in the series of United States operations against the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
