١ - طبقا للبند ٩-٥ من النظام المالي لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي، نظرت اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية في تقديرات ميزانية البرنامج اﻹنمائي لفترة السنتين ٢٠٠٠-٢٠٠١، بصيغتها الواردة في النسخة اﻷولية للوثيقة DP/1999/31.

Contravention of a United Nations sanction enforcement law, or of a condition of a permit granted under a United Nations sanction enforcement law (such as a permit granted under regulation 14B) is an offence under section 27 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.
وانتهاك أي قانون من قوانين إنفاذ جزاءات الأمم المتحدة، أو أي شرط من شروط ترخيص تم منحه طبقا لقانون من هذه القوانين (مثل الترخيص الذي يُمنح طبقا للبند 14 باء)، يشكل جريمة بموجب المادة 27 من قانون ميثاق الأمم المتحدة لعام 1945.
