وتوصيها بأن تعدّل قواعد الفحص الطبي للسجناء لضمان إجراء الفحوص على يد موظفين طبيين مستقلين تماماً وحماية المشتكين من الأعمال الانتقامية ولضمان عدم فرض السلطات الرقابة على شكاواهم المتعلقة بالتعرض للاعتداء أثناء الاحتجاز.
