12. Any certified emission reductions which a Party acquires from another Party in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 shall be added to the assigned amount for the acquiring Party.

وأي وحدات خفض للانبعاثات [من مشروع تم التحقق منه من مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك(10)] ينقلها طرف إلى طرف آخر وفقاً لأحكام المادة 6 تُطرح من الكمية المسندة إلى الطرف الناقل(10، 11).

That was suggested by the wording of article 21, paragraph 1, of the Vienna Conventions ( " a reservation established with regard to another Party in accordance with articles 19, 20 and 23 " ).
