Mexico first submitted its request to revise its 1998 carbon tetrachloride consumption baseline data at the thirty-fifth meeting of the Implementation Committee, held in November 2005. In that submission, the Party requested that its 1998 data be changed from zero ODP-tonnes to 184.32 metric tonnes (202.752 ODPtonnes).
