3. The Dispute Tribunal may decide in writing, upon written request by the applicant, to suspend or waive the deadlines for a limited period of time and only in exceptional cases.
3 - يجوز لمحكمة المنازعات، بناء على طلب كتابي يقدمه المدعي، أن تقرر كتابيا، في الحالات الاستثنائية لا غير، تعليق المهل المحددة أو التخلي عنها لفترة زمنية محدودة.

Extraordinary meetings of the Conference of the Parties shall be held at such times as may be decided either by the Conference of the Parties at an ordinary meeting or at the written request of any Party, provided that, within ninety days of the request being communicated to the Parties by the Secretariat, it is supported by at least one third of the Parties.
3 - تعقد الاجتماعات الاستثنائية لمؤتمر الأطراف في الأوقات التي يقررها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورة عادية أو بناءً على طلب كتابي يقدمه أي طرف، بشرط أن يحظى هذا الطلب، في غضون تسعين يوماً من قيام الأمانة بإبلاغه إلى الأطراف، بتأييد ثلث الأطراف على الأقل.
