299 - وفقا لقرار المجلس 2004/69، تتكون اللجنة من 25 عضوا ترشحهم الحكومات ويعملون في مجال تخصصهم كخبراء، ويختارون من بين العاملين في مجالات السياسات الضريبية والإدارة الضريبية بطريقة تعكس درجة مناسبة من الإنصاف في التوزيع الجغرافي وبحيث يمثلون أنظمة ضريبية مختلفة.
