Concerned that the illegal exploitation and mismanagement of the natural resources continued with the involvement of foreign companies, CESCR recommended that the Government review all mining contracts and repeal any that are detrimental to the Congolese people; adopt measures to control the export of minerals and impose drastic sanctions on those involved in the illicit trade of natural resources.
102- وأعربت اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية عن قلقها إزاء استمرار الاستغلال غير القانوني للموارد الطبيعية وسوء إدارتها مع دخول الشركات الأجنبية، فأوصت الحكومةَ بمراجعة كل عقود التعدين وإلغاء أي عقد يتنافى مع مصلحة الشعب الكونغولي؛ واعتماد تدابير لضبط تصدير المعادن وفرض عقوبات صارمة على المتورطين في الاتجار غير المشروع بالموارد الطبيعية.
