Those are rights to which every citizen of the world irrespective of race, creed or colour.
وإن ذينك الحقين حقان لكل مواطن في العالم بصرف النظر عن عرقه أو عقيدته أو لونه.

That is to say, the right, whatever his race, place of origin, political opinions, colour, creed or sex, but subject to respect of the rights and freedoms of others and for the public interest, to each and all of the following namely:
أي أن الفرد يتمتع، بصرف النظر عن عرقه أو مكان ولادته أو آرائه السياسية أو لونه أو عقيدته أو جنسه، ولكن بشرط احترام حقوق وحريات الآخرين والمصلحة العامة، بالحق في جميع الأمور التالية:

Whereas every person in Malta is entitled to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, that is to say, the right, whatever his race, place of origin, political opinions, colour, creed or sex, but subject to respect to the rights and freedoms of others and for the public interest to each and all of the following, namely -
بينما يحق لكل شخص في مالطة أن يتمتع بالحريات والحقوق الأساسية للفرد، أي أنه مهما كان عرقه أو مكان أصله أو رأيه السياسي أو لونه أو عقيدته أو نوع جنسه، ومع احترام حقوق وحريات الآخرين والمصلحة العامة، يكون له الحق في كل وجميع ما يلي:

Everyone has the right to change his/her religion or faith or to be nondenominational.
ويحق لكل فرد تغيير دينه أو عقيدته أو أن يكون لا مذهب له.

Their assessment did not entail any interference with his faith or any judgement regarding the wearing of a turban or mini-turban.
ولم يترتب عن تقييمهما أي تدخل في عقيدته أو أي حكم بشأن ارتداء العمامة أو العمامة الصغيرة.

Article 38 of the Constitution guarantees that every person has the right to freedom of religious belief and of worship and the right to profess his/her religion or belief or express it through worship, education and the observance or performance of rituals or ceremonies, in accordance with legal provisions and public order.
وتكفل المادة 38 من الدستور لكل إنسان الحق في حرية العقيدة الدينية والعبادة والحق في إعلان دينه أو عقيدته أو التعبير عنهما عن طريق العبادة والتعليم والممارسة أو أداء الشعائر أو الاحتفالات، وذلك وفقا لما يتطلبه القانون والنظام العام.

" all human beings, irrespective of race, creed or sex, have the right to pursue both their material well-being and their spiritual development in conditions of freedom and dignity, of economic security and equal opportunity;

However, section 13 concerning the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual contained the phrase “whatever his race, place of origin, political opinions, colour, creed or sex”.

Article 1 of the Constitution of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines of 1979 guarantees the principle of non-discrimination by stating that every person is entitled to fundamental rights and freedoms, whatever his race, place of origin, political opinions, colour, creed or sex, but subject to respect for the rights and freedoms of others and for the public interest.

8. The Constitution of the Bahamas in Chapter III, article 15, provides an entitlement for every person in the Bahamas irrespective of race, place of origin, political opinion, colour, creed or sex, under the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual.
