وقد أحاط علماً بأعمال الفريق العامل الثاني وباعتماد قواعد الأونسيترال المتعلقة بالشفافية في التحكيم التعاهدي بين المستثمرين والدول، التي ستدخل حيز النفاذ في 1 نيسان/أبريل 2014، وتُطبق فقط على معاهدات الاستثمار التي تبرم في المستقبل.

29. The Committee takes note of the work of the now-defunct National Commission for War Affected Children, established in January 2001, in providing psychosocial counselling and training opportunities for children affected by armed conflict.
29- تحيط اللجنة علماً بأعمال اللجنة الوطنية المعنية بالأطفال المتضررين من الحرب التي لم يعد لها وجود الآن والتي أنشئت في كانون الثاني/يناير 2001 لتقديم المشورة النفسية وإتاحة فرص تدريب للأطفال المتضررين من النزاع المسلح.

A new paragraph 1 should be inserted, reading: " Takes note of the work of the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues and of the Special Rapporteur of the Human Rights Council on the rights of indigenous peoples, takes note of her report, and encourages all Governments to respond favourably to her requests for visits " .
وتضاف فقرة 1 جديدة نصها كما يلي: " تحيط علماً بأعمال آلية الخبراء المعنية بحقوق الشعوب الأصلية، والمنتدى الدائم المعني بقضايا الشعوب الأصلية، والمقررة الخاصة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان المعنية بحقوق الشعوب الأصلية، وتحيط علماً بتقريرها، وتشجع جميع الحكومات على الاستجابة للزيارات التي تطلب القيام بها " .

At its nineteenth session, the Commission adopted its resolution 19/2, entitled " Strengthening the collection, analysis and reporting of comparable crime-related data " , in which it took note of the work of the open-ended intergovernmental expert group at its meeting held in Buenos Aires in February 2010 and requested UNODC to strengthen the collection, analysis and reporting on world crime trends and patterns.
54- واعتمدت اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة عشرة قرارها 19/2 المعنون " تعزيز عملية جمع بيانات قابلة للمقارنة في مجال الجريمة وتحليلها والإبلاغ عنها " ،(13) الذي أحاطت فيه علماً بأعمال فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه المعقود في بوينس آيرس في شباط/فبراير 2010، وطلبت إلى المكتب تعزيز جمع بيانات عن اتجاهات الجريمة وأنماطها على الصعيد العالمي وتحليلها والإفادة بها.
