4. The Commission requested the Special Rapporteur to report to the Commission on the future need for human rights field officers, on the understanding that the Commission would, at its fifty-fifth session, reassess such need.
٤- وطلبت اللجنة إلى المقرر الخاص تقديم تقرير إلى اللجنة عن الحاجة إلى موظفي حقوق اﻹنسان الميدانيين في المستقبل، علما بأن اللجنة ستقوم في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين بإعادة تقييم هذه الحاجة.

(د) يحيط علما بأن اللجنة المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية قد قررت إنهاء نظرها في طلب اللجنة الدولية للسلام وحقوق الإنسان.

Requests the Special Rapporteur, following his visit to the Sudan and consultations with the Government of the Sudan, to report to the Commission on Human Rights on the future need for human rights field officers, with the understanding that the Commission will, at its fifty-third session, reassess such need;
٤٢- ترجو من المقرر الخاص، بعد زيارته للسودان ومشاوراته مع حكومة السودان، أن يقدم إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان تقريرا عن الحاجة إلى الموظفين الميدانيين لحقوق اﻹنسان في المستقبل، علما بأن اللجنة ستعيد تقييم هذه الحاجة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين؛

The Council also approves the Commission's requests to the Special Rapporteur to report to the Commission on the future need for human rights field officers, with the understanding that the Commission will, at its fifty-fifth session, reassess such need, and to report his findings and recommendations to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session and to the Commission at its fifty-fifth session.
يوافق المجلس أيضا على طلب اللجنة من المقرر الخاص أن يقدم إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان تقريرا عن الحاجة في المستقبل إلى الموظفين الميدانيين لحقوق اﻹنسان، علما بأن اللجنة ستعيد تقييم هذه الحاجة في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين، وأن يقدم استنتاجاته وتوصياته إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين وإلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين.
