Member States recognize that forensic science is an integral part of effective criminal justice systems worldwide and much more than just the specialized analyses and examinations that are carried out in a laboratory.
6- وتقرّ الدول الأعضاء بأنَّ علم التحليل الجنائي هو جزء لا يتجزأ من نظم العدالة الجنائية الفعالة على الصعيد العالمي وبأنه ليس مجرّد تحاليل متخصصة وفحوص تُجرى داخل المختبر.

Also in its resolution 19/5, the Commission requested UNODC to explore areas of synergy between its traditional support for the work of drug analysis laboratories and forensic science institutions more generally.
8- وطلبت اللجنة من المكتب في القرار 19/5 نفسه أن يستكشف مجالات التآزر بين دعمه التقليدي للعمل الذي تضطلع به مختبرات تحليل العقاقير ومؤسسات علم التحليل الجنائي بصورة أعمّ.

It highlights the enhanced activities of UNODC with respect to the global availability of, access to and use of quality forensic science services in support of the efforts of Member States to counter drug trafficking, crime and terrorism.

Participating networks recognize the value of cooperation on strategic issues related to the management of forensic science laboratories and the promotion of forensic science worldwide.
16- وتقرّ الشبكات الأعضاء في التحالف بقيمة التعاون بشأن المسائل الاستراتيجية المتصلة بإدارة مختبرات علم التحليل الجنائي والنهوض بهذا العلم في شتى أنحاء العالم.

Technical assistance in the field of forensic science is essential for a more effective and evidence-based approach to dealing with issues related to drug control and crime prevention.
23- تعتبر المساعدة التقنية في مجال علم التحليل الجنائي عنصرا أساسيا في تعزيز فعالية معالجة المسائل المتصلة بمراقبة المخدّرات ومنع الجريمة واتباع نهج مستند للقرائن في تلك المعالجة.

A wealth of forensic science knowledge and expertise is available in the different member networks of the International Forensic Strategic Alliance.
26- وثمة كمّ هائل من المعارف والخبرات في علم التحليل الجنائي لدى مختلف الشبكات الأعضاء في التحالف الاستراتيجي الدولي في مجال علم التحليل الجنائي.

With the expansion of the mandates of UNODC to cover issues on crime, and with forensic science being the strategic nexus between science and the law, the request by the Commission to UNODC to explore areas of synergy between its traditional support for the work of drug analysis laboratories and forensic science institutions more generally is timely.
وفي ضوء توسيع نطاق ولايات المكتب ليشمل المسائل المتصلة بالجريمة، وكون علم التحليل الجنائي صلة الوصل الاستراتيجية بين العلم والقانون، فإنَّ طلب اللجنة من المكتب أن يستكشف مجالات التآزر بين دعمه التقليدي لعمل مختبرات تحليل العقاقير ودعمه لمؤسسات علم التحليل الجنائي بوجه أعم قد جاء في الوقت المناسب.

The provisions of Commission resolution 19/5 reflect the recognition by Member States of the importance of international cooperation in the field of forensic science and its positive impact on international harmonization.
40- تعكس أحكام قرار اللجنة 19/5 إقرار الدول الأعضاء بأهمية التعاون الدولي في مجال علم التحليل الجنائي وأثره الإيجابي في المواءمة على الصعيد الدولي.

The International Forensic Strategic Alliance, in collaboration with UNODC, will continue to foster international cooperation on strategic issues related to the management of forensic science laboratories.
41- وسيواصل التحالف الاستراتيجي الدولي في مجال علم التحليل الجنائي، بالتعاون مع المكتب، دعم التعاون الدولي بشأن المسائل الاستراتيجية المتصلة بإدارة مختبرات علم التحليل الجنائي.
