على الدول اﻷطراف أن تستجيب وتمتثل لطلب المساعدة من خلال اتخاذ اﻹجراءات المتفقة مع قوانينها الوطنية.

For this purpose, States Parties shall consider:

(ii) States parties should cooperate on providing information on perpetrators of violations of the rights of women migrant workers.

To this end, States parties must develop a national strategy for the full implementation of the right to social security in old age, and allocate adequate fiscal and other resources at the national level.
وتحقيقاً لهذا الغرض، يجب على الدول الأطراف أن تضع استراتيجية وطنية لإعمال حق المسنين في الضمان الاجتماعي إعمالاً تاماً وتخصص ما يكفي من الموارد المالية وغيرها من الموارد على المستوى الوطني.

States Parties shall give approval for the transportation of the persons to the Court through their territories in accordance with their national laws.
على الدول اﻷطراف أن تمنح موافقتها على نقل اﻷشخاص إلى المحكمة عبر أراضيها وفقا لقوانينها الوطنية.

States Parties shall cooperate closely with one another, consistent with their respective domestic legal and administrative systems, to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement action to combat offences set forth in this Convention.

3. States Parties shall take, adopt or implement such measures in conformity with international law with due regard to:
٣ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ أو تعتمد أو تنفذ ما يتفق مع القانون الدولي من تدابير ، مع ايلاء الاعتبار الواجب لما يلي :

For example, States parties should ensure that natural water resources are protected from contamination by harmful substances and pathogenic microbes.
فمثلاً، يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تكفل حماية الموارد المائية الطبيعية من التلوث بسبب المواد الضارة والجراثيم الممرضة.

In such cases, States parties should enter into a dialogue with the reserving State in order to clarify the scope of the reservations.
وفي مثل هذه الحالات، سيتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تدخل في حوار مع الدولة المتحفظة من أجل توضيح نطاق هذا التحفظ.

In any case, States parties must use whatever means lie within their power in order to give effect to the Views issued by the Committee.

In order to avoid such occurrences, it is imperative for the States Parties to be present at the scheduled time of the meeting.
ومن أجل تفادي حدوث ذلك، يجب على الدول الأطراف أن تلتزم بالحضور في الوقت المحدد للجلسة.

2. the States Parties will provide such reports together with the reports submitted in accordance with article 23 of the Convention.

Treaty body members are not elected to represent their region and States parties are not obliged to vote for candidates from their region.

This review is intended to document what has been accomplished and to take stock of the essential work that lies before the States Parties in ensuring that the Convention indeed lives up to its promise.
