The Secretary-General recommends that the General Assembly take note of the amendments to the Staff Rules set out in the annex to the present report.

The Secretary-General recommends that the General Assembly take note of the amendments to the Staff Rules set out in the annex to the present report.
ويوصي الأمين العام بأن تحيط الجمعية العامة علما بالتعديلات التي أدخلت على النظام الإداري للموظفين على النحو الوارد في مرفق هذا التقرير.

Pursuant to regulations 12.2, 12.3 and 12.4 of the Staff Regulations, the amendments to the Staff Rules which were provisional entered into full force and effect on 1 January 2014.
وعملاً بالبنود 12-2 و 12-3 و 12-4 من النظام الأساسي للموظفين، بدأ نفاذ وسريان التعديلات المدخلة مؤقتا على النظام الإداري للموظفين اعتباراً من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014.

The Secretary-General recommends that the General Assembly approve the amendments to the Staff Regulations and that it take note of the amendments to the Staff Rules set out in the annexes to the present report.
ويوصي الأمين العام بأن توافق الجمعية العامة على التعديلات المدخلة على النظام الأساسي للموظفين وبأن تحيط علما بالتعديلات المدخلة على النظام الإداري للموظفين الواردة في مرفقي هذا التقرير.
