In this regard, it was reaffirmed that one of the key mandates of the Committee was to assist the Economic and Social Council and the General Assembly with coordination questions, as reflected in the recommendation adopted last year urging the Joint Inspection Unit to intensify its efforts to introduce relevant reports to the Committee.
وفي هذا الصدد أعيد تأكيد أن إحدى الولايات الرئيسية المسندة إلى اللجنة هي مساعدة المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والجمعية العامة في المسائل المتصلة بالتنسيق، حسبما ورد في التوصيات التي اعتمدت السنة الماضية وحُثت فيها وحدة التفتيش المشتركة على تكثيف جهودها لتقديم تقارير إلى اللجنة في هذا الصدد.

27. In its draft resolution I on the situation of and assistance to Palestinian women, which it recommended to the Council for adoption, the Commission urged all actors to intensify their efforts to provide financial and technical assistance and requested the Secretary-General to continue to review the situation and to assist Palestinian women.
٧٢ - وفي مشروع القرار اﻷول للجنة بشأن حالة المرأة الفلسطينية والمساعدة المقدمة إليها، الذي أوصت المجلس باعتماده، حثت اللجنة جميع العناصر الفاعلة على تكثيف جهودها لتقديم المساعدة المالية والتقنية وطلبت إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل استعراض الحالة، وأن يقدم المساعدة إلى المرأة الفلسطينية.
