2- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في اعتماد ما قد يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وتدابير أخرى لتجريم السلوك المشار اليه في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة الذي يضلع فيه موظف عمومي أجنبي أو موظف مدني دولي.

3. each State Party shall consider providing for the possibility, in accordance with fundamental principles of its domestic law, of granting immunity from prosecution to a person who provides substantial cooperation in the investigation or prosecution of an offence covered by this Convention.

3. each State Party shall consider implementing measures to provide for the physical, psychological and social recovery of victims of trafficking in persons, including, in appropriate cases, in cooperation with non-governmental organizations, other relevant organizations and other elements of civil society, and, in particular, the provision of:
3- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في تنفيذ تدابير تتيح التعافي الجسدي والنفساني والاجتماعي لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص، بما في ذلك، في الحالات المناسبة، بالتعاون مع منظمات غير حكومية وسائر المنظمات ذات الصلة وغيرها من عناصر المجتمع الأهلي، وخصوصا توفير ما يلي:

5. each State Party shall consider taking measures that permit, in accordance with its domestic law, the denial of entry or revocation of visas of persons implicated in the commission of offences established in accordance with this Protocol.
5- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في اتخاذ تدابير تسمح، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي، بعدم الموافقة على دخول الأشخاص المتورطين في ارتكاب جرائم مقررة وفقا لهذا البروتوكول، أو الغاء تأشيرات سفرهم.

2. each State Party shall consider providing for the possibility, in appropriate cases, of mitigating punishment of an accused person who provides substantial cooperation in the investigation or prosecution of an offence covered by this Convention.
2- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في اتاحة امكانية اللجوء، في الحالات المناسبة، الى تخفيف عقوبة الشخص المتهم الذي يقدم عونا كبيرا في اجراءات التحقيق أو الملاحقة بشأن احدى الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

1. each State Party shall consider analysing, in consultation with the scientific and academic communities, trends in organized crime in its territory, the circumstances in which organized crime operates, as well as the professional groups and technologies involved.
1- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في القيام، بالتشاور مع الأوساط العلمية والأكاديمية، بتحليل الاتجاهات السائدة في الجريمة المنظمة داخل اقليمها، والظروف التي يعمل فيها الاجرام المنظم، وكذلك الجماعات المحترفة الضالعة والتكنولوجيات المستخدمة.

1. In addition to taking measures pursuant to article 6 of this Protocol, each State Party shall consider adopting legislative or other appropriate measures that permit victims of trafficking in persons to remain in its territory, temporarily or permanently, in appropriate cases.
1- بالاضافة الى اتخاذ التدابير عملا بالمادة 6 من هذا البروتوكول، يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في اعتماد تدابير تشريعية أو تدابير أخرى مناسبة تسمح لضحايا الاتجار بالأشخاص، في الحالات المناسبة، بالبقاء داخل اقليمها مؤقتا أو دائما.

2. each State Party shall consider the possibility of facilitating and accepting the return of a person who has been the object of conduct set forth in article 6 of this Protocol and who had the right of permanent residence in its territory at the time of entry into the receiving State in accordance with its domestic law.
2- يتعيّن على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في امكانية تيسير وقبول اعادة أي شخص كان هدفا لسلوك مبين في المادة 6 من هذا البروتوكول وكان له حق الاقامة الدائمة في اقليمها وقت دخوله الى الدولة المستقبلة وفقا لقانونها الداخلي.

2. each State Party shall consider implementing measures to provide for the physical, psychological and social recovery of victims of and witnesses to crimes covered by this Protocol, in order to foster their health, self-respect and dignity, in a manner appropriate to their age, gender and special needs.
٢ - على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في تنفيذ تدابير تتيح لضحايا وشهود الجرائم المشمولة بهذا البروتوكول أن يستعيدوا عافيتهم البدنية والنفسانية والاجتماعية ، من أجل تحسين أحوالهم الصحية وتعزيز احترامهم الذاتي وكرامتهم ، على نحو يناسب أعمارهم وجنسهم واحتياجاتهم الخاصة .

[2. each State Party shall consider adopting such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as criminal offences conduct referred to in paragraph 1 of this article involving a foreign public official or international civil servant.] The text of this paragraph was submitted by the delegation of Belgium at the sixth session of the Ad Hoc Committee as a compromise proposal.
]٢- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في اعتماد ما قد يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وغير تشريعية لتجريم السلوك المشار اليه في الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة الذي يضلع فيه موظف عمومي أجنبي أو موظف مدني دولي.[نص هذه الفقرة قدمه وفد بلجيكا في الدورة السادسة للجنة المخصصة كاقتراح توفيقي.

4. each State Party shall consider adopting such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as criminal offences other forms of corruption, when committed intentionally [and involving an organized criminal group]. At its sixth session, the Ad Hoc Committee deferred discussion of this paragraph until such time as it had reached a decision on the possible separate instrument on corruption.
٤- يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تنظر في اعتماد ما قد يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وغير تشريعية لتجريم أشكال الفساد اﻷخرى، عندما ترتكب عمدا ]وتضلع فيها جماعة اجرامية منظمة[.في دورتها السادسة، أرجأت اللجنة المخصصة مناقشة هذه الفقرة الى حين توصلها الى قرار بشأن الصك المنفصل المحتمل اعداده بشأن الفساد.
