3. Each Party with one or more facilities that use mercury or mercury compounds in the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D [for which an allowable-use exemption was granted] shall:

2. Each Party with one or more facilities that use mercury or mercury compounds in the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D shall:

4. Each Party with one or more facilities that use mercury or mercury compounds in the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D shall:

1. Each Party shall not allow the use of mercury or mercury compounds in the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D except in accordance with an [acceptable-use orallowable-use exemption listed in that annex for which the Party is registered as provided in Article 8.
1 - لا يجوز لأي طرف أن يسمح باستخدام الزئبق أو مركَبات الزئبق في عمليات التصنيع المدرجة في المرفق دال إلاّ وفقاً لإعفاء من أجل استخدام [مقبول أو] مسموح به مُدرَج في ذلك المرفق يكون الطرف مسجلاً لأجله على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادة 8.

5. Parties are encouraged to exchange information on [technology transfer,] economically and technically feasible mercury free alternatives, and possible measures and techniques to reduce and where feasible to eliminate use, emissions and releases of mercury and mercury compounds from the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D.
5 - تُشَجَّع الأطراف على تبادل المعلومات بشأن [نقل التكنولوجيا،] والبدائل الخالية من الزئبق والمجدية اقتصادياً وتقنياً، والتدابير والتقنيات الممكنة لخفض، وحيثما أمكن، لإزالة استخدام وانبعاثات وتسريبات الزئبق ومركبات الزئبق من عمليات التصنيع المدرجة في المرفق دال.

2. Each Party shall not allow the use of mercury or mercury compounds in the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D after the phase-out date specified in that Annex for the individual processes, except where the Party has a registered exemption pursuant to Article 8.
2 - على كل طرف ألا يسمح باستخدام الزئبق أو مركَبات الزئبق في عمليات التصنيع المدرجة في المرفق دال بعد تاريخ التخلص التدريجي المحدد في ذلك المرفق للعمليات الفردية، إلاّ إذا كان لدى الطرف إعفاء مسجل عملاً بالفقرة 8.

6. Parties are encouraged to exchange information on technology transfer, economically and technically feasible mercuryfree alternatives, and possible measures and techniques to reduce and where feasible to eliminate the use of mercury and mercury compounds in, and emissions and releases of mercury and mercury compounds from, the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D.
6 - تُشَجَّع الأطراف على تبادل المعلومات بشأن نقل التكنولوجيا، والبدائل الخالية من الزئبق والمجدية اقتصادياً وتقنياً، والتدابير والتقنيات الممكنة لخفض، وحيثما أمكن، لإزالة استخدام الزئبق ومركبات الزئبق في عمليات التصنيع المدرجة في المرفق دال والقضاء على الانبعاثات والإطلاقات الناجمة عنها.

1. Each Party shall permit the use of elemental mercury or mercury compounds in the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D to this Convention for which a transition period is needed only in order to allow countries, particularly developing countries and countries with economies in transition, to phase out such processes based on their social and economic circumstances.
1 - لا يجوز أن يسمح كل طرف باستخدام الزئبق الأولي أو مركَبات الزئبق في عمليات التصنيع المدرجة في المرفق دال لهذه الاتفاقية التي تلزم لها فترة تحول إلاّ لتمكين البلدان، لا سيما البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال، من الإنهاء التدريجي لهذه العمليات استناداً إلى ظروفها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.

1. Each Party shall not allow the use of mercury or mercury compounds [at facilities using] [in] the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D [that were in existence at the time of entry into force of this Convention for a Party][after the prohibition date specified in that Annex for the individual processes][., except in accordance with an exemption [and an acceptable use] [and for which the Party is registered as provided in article 8]].
